Value & Rewards
Value is the very foundation of your Credit Union membership. Personal service, low interest rates on loans, competitive deposit rates and convenience are the basic rewards of membership. Now, CHACO Rewards gives you added value and benefits based on your participation in the Credit Union. CHACO Rewards is not about attracting high balance accounts or separating members into categories.it's about encouraging members to use the credit union which means discovering the value in your membership. It's about building a stronger CHACO and creating more benefits for all members.
How Does It Work?
Your Reward Level is determined by the deposit and loan balances you have with CHACO. The higher your level, the greater the rewards. Each monthly statement will show you your Reward Level based on the previous month's average balance. At the end of the month, you will automatically qualify for the appropriate Reward Level for the coming month.
What Are The Levels?
- Business Level - Members with a business loan
- Platinum Level - Loan & Deposit Balances greater than $25,000 (excludes first mortgages)
- Gold Level - Loan & Deposit Balances Between $24,999 and $5,000 (excludes first mortgages)
- Mortgage Level - Members with a first mortgage loan
- Silver Level - Loan & Deposit Balances Between $4,999 and $250 (excludes first mortgages)
- Bronze Level - Loan & Deposit Balances less $250 (excludes first mortgages)
- Club Level - Members age 21 and under
