What accounts can I access using the new online banking system?

The new online banking system will allow you to access your checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, and Chaco Credit Union loans (excluding first mortgages). Although not on the list of accounts, once logged in you will also be able to seamlessly access your credit cards through the EZCard link.

What do I do if I forgot my user ID or password?

On the chacocu.org homepage, click the "Forget Username" or "Forget Password" links located on the Account Login box and follow the steps to retrieve your information. If you have forgotten both or have additional issues please call our Member Service Call Center at 1-513-785-3500.

How do I change my account information such as my e-mail address or phone number?

Account information can be accessed under the "Settings" and "My Account Profile" section of online banking. In this area you are able to update your e-mail address, phone number, current address and add additional contact information.

Where do I go to change my password and challenge questions?

Account information can be accessed under the settings tab and the click my account profile. Click the security tab and you will be given the option to change your password, challenge questions, site marketing, one time password, message delivery options and register your PC.

Will I see my checks?

Yes, with the new system all checks that have cleared will be seen. While viewing the checking Account Summary, click the + symbol to the left of the transaction and click "View Check Image".

Can I view my Chaco Credit Union account statements online?

Yes, all statements are available online and we urge you to sign up for E-Statements. The online banking system archives 12 months of statements online.

How do I sign up for E-Statements?

Signing up for E-Statements is easy and a great way to help the environment, reduce clutter and increase your security. You will be asked to set up E-Statements when you initially log into Online Banking. If you choose not to set up E-Statements at that point, please click the "All Services" tab from the Main Dashboard and then click "CuNotify". You will be able to customize how you recieve E-Statement alerts and other account alerts. 

What are widgets?

Widgets are applications that allow a user to perform a function or access a service. The widgets may be added or moved to best fit your online banking needs. All available widgets can be accessed by visiting the "Settings" tab on the Main Dashboard. To learn more about widgets and dashboard customization, please watch the following video.

 

How do I customize my Dashboard?

The dashboard view is able to be customized to allow ease of use. The Account Summary widget remains fixed while the other widgets are able to be moved by a simple "drag and drop" option. If you would like to see all the widgets available, visit the "Settings" tab on the Main Dashboard and select "My Widgets". Please view the videos above for more detailed information.
